1. Fill in the application
form, either online, or request a form which will be
sent to you by express post. Remember to complete the pre-interview
task.
2. The course director will be in touch
to arrange a telephone or face-to-face interview.
3. After the interview the course director
will notify you of your acceptance onto the course. On being
notified of acceptance, a deposit of 400 euros is payable.
4. On receipt of the deposit, Chester will
send you written notification of your acceptance onto the
course along with the pre-course tasks and obligatory pre-course
reading. You will also receive a copy of the Welcome to
TESOL Certificate at Chester pack which contains useful
information about the course and Madrid.
5. To avail of the special reduced price
for the course, the balance of 790 euros must be paid one
month before the starting date of the course. Otherwise
the balance of 900 euros must be paid before the start of
the course.
6. Payment can be made by cheque, bank
transfer or credit card.
Please note that Chester
reserves the right to cancel courses which do not meet the
requirements for trainee numbers suggested by Trinity College
London.
If the trainee decides
not to do the course for whatever reason after registration
and payment, the school will refund the total amount minus
100 euros (if cancellation is received one month before
the course starts) or 250 euros (if cancellation is received
in the month before the course starts). After the course
start date there is no refund.
